アイトラッカーを用いた視運動性眼振の緩徐相速度の評価

要約　目的：アイトラッカーを用いて能動的に誘発されるlook optokinetic nystagmus（LOKN）と，受動的に誘発されるstare optokinetic nystagmus（SOKN）の差異を検討する。

対象と方法：対象は健常者23名，視線位置の測定にはアイトラッカーTobii TX300を使用した。視覚刺激は0.3cycles/degreeの矩形波チャートを水平方向へ5秒間ずつ5，10，15degree/s（dps）の速度で移動させた。視線位置からOKNの緩徐相速度を算出し，速度の最頻値から利得を求めた。

結果：LOKNの緩徐相速度はSOKNに比べ有意に速かった（p＜0.0001；マン・ホイットニーのU検定）。各刺激速度（5，10，15dps）の利得はLOKNで0.90，0.75，0.64，SOKNで0.30，0.08，0.06であった。

結論：アイトラッカーで記録されたOKNの緩徐相を解析した結果，LOKNとSOKNには明らかな差異があった。
