ここが変わった！

以前の常識

　●角膜移植は全層角膜移植が主体であった。

　●角膜混濁や水疱性角膜症にも全層角膜移植術が第一選択であった。

　●トレパンによる角膜切開が標準手技であった。

　●角膜上皮移植には輪部移植や角膜上皮形成術が唯一の方法であった。

現在の常識

　●病的部位のみを置換するパーツ移植が発展している。

　●水疱性角膜症にはDSAEKやDMEKなどの角膜内皮移植が第一選択である。

　●エキシマレーザー，マイクロケラトーム，フェムトセカンドレーザーなどが角膜移植に応用されている。

　●培養角膜上皮移植や培養口腔粘膜上皮移植などの再生医療が実現している。
