　●原発先天緑内障に対しては，術者の経験に応じて線維柱帯切開術または隅角切開術を行う。

現在の常識

　●原発先天緑内障に対しては，術者の経験に応じて線維柱帯切開術または隅角切開術を行う。

　●360°線維柱帯切開術は，従来法と比べて眼圧予後が良好な可能性がある。

　●照明付きカテーテルを用いる360°線維柱帯切開術は，比較的実施が容易である。
