乳頭ピット黄斑症候群の診断と治療

ここが変わった！

以前の常識

　●TD-OCTとSD-OCTで分離と剝離を検出して診断していた。

　●乳頭ピットの程度について，あまり情報がなかった。

　●黄斑剝離の治療に乳頭縁にレーザー治療をしていた。

　●硝子体手術の難治例に対する治療法が難しかった。

現在の常識

　●SD-OCTとSS-OCTの進歩で，乳頭ピットや網膜層構造の変化や硝子体の関与が観察できるようになった。

　●乳頭ピットの形態は多様であり，くも膜下腔や硝子体線維の関与の程度が幅広いことがわかった。

　●OCTで自然復位例や網膜層構造の障害程度も観察しやすくなり，硝子体手術の治療適応の検討がしやすくなった。

　●硝子体手術の難治例に対し，新たな治療法が検討されてきている。
