以前の常識

　●眼炎症領域で承認されている生物学的製剤はインフリキシマブのみであり，適応疾患はBehçet病難治性網膜ぶどう膜炎に限定されていた。

現在の常識

　●2016年9月にTNF阻害薬であるアダリムマブが非感染性の中間部，後部，または汎ぶどう膜炎に対して承認され，従来の治療で効果不十分な症例に対してTNF阻害薬の使用が可能となった。

　●「非感染性ぶどう膜炎に対するTNF阻害薬使用指針および安全対策マニュアル」を参考に抗TNF療法を行う。
