ここが変わった！

以前の常識

　●日本では，後天性の眼瞼下垂に対して挙筋腱膜をターゲットとした前転法が主流であった。

　●創傷治癒の観点からメス，スプリング剪刀，キルナー，バイポーラなどを用いた組織を損傷しない手術が好まれていた。

現在の常識

　●挙筋腱膜前転法は現在も主流であることには違いないが，日本独自の術式である経皮ミュラー筋タックが広まってきている。

　●ボリュームサージャンを中心に炭酸ガスレーザーや高周波メスなどのデバイスが普及してきた。
