乳児血管腫の治療

ここが変わった！

以前の常識

　●ステロイドの全身投与や局所療法，インターフェロンα療法，抗癌剤のビンクリスチンやシクロホスファミド，手術加療，色素レーザーなどの治療法は劇的に改善することは少なく，それらを使用することによる副作用の懸念も常に存在した。

　●治療が遅れたり，治療の反応が悪い場合は，40〜60％の確率で不同視弱視などの屈折異常弱視が発生した。

現在の常識

　●早期に非選択的β遮断薬を使用することで，導入直後から劇的な改善を認めることが多く，屈折異常弱視の発生率も下がる。重篤な副作用の頻度も少ない。

　●非選択的β遮断薬は点滴や内服があるが，最近ではシロップ剤も存在し，眼科領域で使用する点眼の塗布でも効果が認められる。
