世界の緑内障診療の流れと新しい緑内障診療ガイドライン

文献概要

　緑内障診療に関しては，大規模臨床研究が進み，眼底三次元画像解析の進歩，新しい薬剤や手術が開発されたことで，大きく変化を遂げた。これらの変化を踏まえて，日本緑内障学会ガイドライン作成委員会は，新たな改訂作業を進め，2018年，緑内障診療ガイドライン（第4版）を公表した。本稿では，最新版のガイドラインについて解説するとともに，その背景にある世界の緑内障診療の流れについても言及する。
