RAPD—あるのか,ないのか,それが神経眼科的問題だ!

文献購入ページに移動 光刺激を交互に片眼ずつ与える交互点滅対光反射試験を行ったとき,片側の直接対光反射が鈍い場合,相対的瞳孔求心路障害(RAPD)があると考える。このRAPDは,唯一といってよい,非侵襲的で客観的な視機能障害所見であり,臨床的意味と有用性はきわめて大きい。
