ハイパードライヒト乾燥羊膜を用いた外科的再建術

　羊膜移植は眼表面再建に有用であるが，現在用いられている凍結保存羊膜には感染症の可能性や冷凍保存の煩雑さという問題点が指摘されている。解決策として乾燥羊膜が提唱され，製造方法に関するさまざまな研究が進んできている。ここでは，筆者らが開発したハイパードライヒト乾燥羊膜（hyper-dry human amniotic membrane：以下，HD羊膜）の可能性や今後の課題について紹介する。
