和歌山県立医科大学附属病院での最近2年間（2015〜2016）の強度近視網膜分離症の手術成績

要約　目的：強度近視網膜分離症の硝子体手術成績を検討した。

対象と方法：対象は2015年1月1日〜2016年12月31日に当院で施行した強度近視に伴う網膜分離症11例11眼。手術は全例で後部硝子体皮質を広範囲に除去し，7眼で内境界膜（ILM）剝離を行った。

結果：全例で網膜分離症は形態的に改善した。ILM剝離を行っていない1例で2か月後に再発したが，再手術でILM剝離を行うことで良好な経過をたどった。視力は9眼で2段階以上改善し，2眼が不変であった。

結論：強度近視網膜分離症の治療には硝子体手術が有効であった。ILM剝離が必要な症例を適切に判断することで術後良好な経過を得ることができる可能性がある。
