POINT

●抗菌薬投与前に原因菌の検索を行う。

●抗菌薬は起炎菌の感受性と標的組織に薬剤が十分に達する投与経路を選択する。

●治療開始後は漫然と抗菌点眼薬を継続せず，効果判定をしっかり行う。

●薬剤耐性菌を誘導・増加させないように適切な抗菌療法を心がける。
