POINT

●近年，抗VEGF薬の登場によりレーザー光凝固術の適応と方法が大きく様変わりしつつある。

●黄斑疾患の治療では，閾値下レーザーという凝固斑が残らない低侵襲なレーザーが登場した。

●レーザー機器の自動化が進み，蛍光眼底写真などのイメージを基に手術計画図に従ってレーザーを自動的に照射するシステムが登場した。
