涙腺炎

POINT

●一般的には原発性は急性片側性，続発性は慢性両側性に多い。

●涙腺炎の診断は，涙腺腫大・涙腺腫瘤がみられる病態のすべてが鑑別の対象となる。

●全身疾患や病態がすでに診断されているとき以外は，生検が必要となることが多い。

●感染症や全身性の原因疾患を十分に精査するまでは，全身ステロイド投与は控える。
