POINT

●視神経炎発症時に抗AQP4抗体検査（CBAとELISA法）を行う。

●抗AQP4抗体陽性視神経炎の鑑別において，造影MRIは有用である。

●抗AQP4抗体陽性視神経炎の治療戦略を立てる際は，神経内科医・腎臓内科医との迅速な連携が必要である。
