虚血性視神経症

POINT

●虚血性視神経症には，動脈炎性と非動脈炎性があり，発症頻度が多いのは非動脈炎性で，両眼失明の危険があるのは動脈炎性である。

●巨細胞性血管炎によるAIONは，可及的速やかにメチルプレドニゾロン1000mgパルス療法を3〜5日間行い，その後ゆっくりと漸減させる。

●現時点では，NAIONに対する治療で明らかにその有効性が証明されたものはない。
