POINT

●早期発見・早期治療が遅れると，生涯にわたり重篤な視機能障害を残す場合がある。

●検査や治療に十分な協力が得られない場合が多い。

●原発先天緑内障は手術治療が第一選択になる。

●薬物治療は手術で眼圧下降効果が十分に得られなかった際の補助療法と考えるべきである。
