POINT

●近年の画像進歩により，視力に影響を及ぼす囊胞様黄斑浮腫や網膜無灌流領域の診断や経過観察は容易になってきた。

●抗VEGF薬は網膜静脈閉塞症に対し奏効する有効な治療であり，比較的早期の導入が望ましいと考えられる。

●抗VEGF薬の治療に抵抗する症例では，抗VEGF薬以外の治療の併用や切り替え療法も考慮する必要がある。
