糖尿病網膜症へのレーザー治療

POINT

●増殖糖尿病網膜症への進行ないしは悪化を抑制する目的で，虚血領域へのレーザー治療は重要な治療アイテムである。

●低侵襲な熱凝固と薬物の併用は，レーザー後の合併症の抑制に寄与する。

●糖尿病黄斑浮腫に対するレーザー治療は，精度の高い画像解析に基づいて正確に行うことが求められる。
