POINT

●各疾患の鑑別にはマルチモーダルイメージングが必須である。

●基本的にステロイドの局所・全身投与が有効であるが，無治療で改善する疾患もある。

●疾患によってステロイド薬の投与法や投与量は異なるので，診断を正確に行ったうえで治療方針を決定する。
