Malattia leventineseの自然経過のSD-OCTによる観察

緒言

　Malattia leventinese（ML）は遺伝子変異に基づく家族性ドルーゼンの1型である。今回筆者らは，スペクトラルドメイン光干渉断層計（spectral domain optical coherence tomography：SD-OCT）を用いてその眼底を長期的に追跡し，経時的な構造変化を捉えることができたので報告する。
