文献購入ページに移動Q 図1のように,トーリック眼内レンズ(intraocular lens:IOL)を移植しましたが,回旋してしまいます。レンズの位置を何度補正しても,回旋してしまいます。トーリックIOLの固定位置や固定方法について教えてください。そもそもトーリックIOLは必要なのでしょうか?
