Q　60歳男性が10年前に他院で白内障手術を受けました。突然の右眼の視力低下で近医を受診したところ，眼内レンズ（intraocular lens：IOL）がずれていると言われ，当院を紹介され受診しました（図1）。どのような術式を選択したらよいでしょうか？
