角膜内皮移植とOCT

●OCTを用いて術前評価を行うことにより，角膜内皮移植の術式を決定する。

●OCTを用いてドナー角膜のスクリーニングと計測を行うことにより，ドナー角膜の健常部位を有効利用し，正確なカットを行う。

●術中OCTを用いることにより，DSAEKでは層間の水分を確認して手術終了のタイミングを判断し，DMEKではグラフトを正しい向きに展開する。

●OCTを用いて術後評価を行うことにより，空気再注入の必要性を判断する。
