視神経乳頭発赤・腫脹から考える鑑別診断

症例

患者：14歳，男児

主訴：両眼の視力低下

既往歴：外傷含め特記すべき事項なし

家族歴：血縁のある親族に視覚障害者なし

現病歴：1か月前から見えにくくなってきた。入学試験が近づくにつれ，症状は徐々に進行してきた。
