新型コロナウイルスに生じる結膜炎の臨床所見—既報のまとめ

 2020年,水様性眼脂の結膜炎患者が来院するたびに新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)の可能性を考えなければならなくなった。無症候でさえ感染予防が必要だといわれる。身近では誰もが知らず,成書にも載っていない疾患である。ともかく,イメージを得るために既報から写真で学びたいと思う。本稿では,COVID-19患者に生じた眼所見に関する論文のうち,症例写真が掲載されたものを,その論文要旨とともにレビューする。
