結膜弛緩症とドライアイ

●結膜弛緩症は，瞬目時の摩擦の増強，涙液安定性の低下，涙液クリアランスの障害，結膜表面の乾燥など，ドライアイのリスクファクターとなり，多彩な症状を示す。

●診断には，フルオレセイン染色で涙液を染色後，瞬目させながら涙液メニスカスおよび弛緩結膜の観察を行い，涙液安定性や角結膜上皮障害も評価する。

●まずドライアイ治療に準じた点眼治療を行い，症状が改善しない場合には手術治療を考慮する。
