●牽引型分層黄斑円孔と黄斑偽円孔の病態は黄斑前膜による網膜牽引である。

●変性型分層黄斑円孔の病態における網膜牽引の関与は低い。

●2020年に分層黄斑円孔と黄斑偽円孔の新しい定義が提唱された。
