●術後視野障害の原因はさまざまであるが，液空気置換によるもの，生体染色によるもの，内境界膜剝離によるもの，光傷害によるものは予防が可能である。

●低侵襲硝子体手術においては，結膜常在菌の迷入などによる眼内炎の発症に注意が必要である。
