視交叉圧迫除去前後に局所黄斑部網膜神経節細胞複合体厚を測定した2例

緒言

　視交叉を圧迫する下垂体腫瘍により両耳側半盲が生じるが，手術により圧迫が除去されると，視野が回復することが知られている。これまで術前に術後の視機能の改善の有無を予測するさまざまな検査法が検討されてきたが，有効な方法はなかった。今回筆者らは，視交叉圧迫解除前の局所黄斑部網膜神経節細胞複合体（macular ganglion cell complex：mGCC）厚と術前後の視機能との関連を検討した2症例を経験したので報告する。
