片眼性の眼痛を伴わない強膜炎様所見

症例

患者：84歳，男性

主訴：右眼の充血

既往歴：高血圧，心筋梗塞，気管支喘息，高脂血症

家族歴：特記すべき事項なし

現病歴：20XX年6月，右眼の充血を主訴に前医を受診した。痛みや異物感はなかった。右眼の強膜炎の診断で，0.1％ベタメタゾン点眼3回/日を行ったが改善がみられなかったため，プレドニゾロン20mg内服を追加した。炎症の改善がないため，当科を紹介され受診となった。
