緑内障治療中に強い角膜混濁を生じた症例

症例

　患者は80歳，男性。近医にて緑内障と白内障のため点眼治療を続けていた。それまでは特に自覚症状はなかったが，半月くらい前から右眼の異物感を自覚していた。最近，他人から右眼が白くなっていると指摘されることがあり，心配になり近医を受診したところ，右眼角膜の混濁を指摘されて，同日弘前大学医学部附属病院眼科（当科）へ紹介となった。眼脂はない。
