クリニック・病院で診るときのポイント

診察する施設の規模を問わず注意すべきポイント

・眼瞼皮膚，瞼板，結膜，角膜に生じた隆起性病変もしくは炎症性病変は，腫瘍との鑑別が必要である．

・通常の点眼治療などの局所治療で改善しない病変は，診断を再確認する（腫瘍の可能性を考える）．

・腫瘤や腫脹による重篤な視機能障害や痛みに対して，原因への効果的治療ができない場合，基幹施設や専門施設の医師に直接連絡して対応を決定する．

・外眼部の腫瘍性疾患を診療できる施設や医師との連携を日頃から確立しておく．
