文献概要

●裂孔原性網膜剝離の初回網膜復位率は90％台であり，近年は硝子体手術（PPV）を選択する割合が増加している。

●J-RDレジストリ研究から，PPVが上方裂孔に対して有利であること，背景因子の揃った症例では強膜バックリング手術（SB）より有利であることがわかった。

●PPVの適応は今後も拡大していくと考えられるが，常にSBとの適応の境界を意識して適切に術式を選択することが重要である。
