網膜剝離に対して術者要因はどのくらい影響するか

文献概要

●術者要因を熟練度の観点から定義し，経毛様体扁平部硝子体切除術（PPV）ならびに強膜内陥術（SB）の手術成績との関係を調査した。

●PPV群では術者要因と再手術の有意な関連はなかったが，SB群では継続して手術を行っている術者の再手術は有意に減少していた。

●眼科手術治療における術者のデータが検証される可能性があり，今回の検討はその重要な一歩となりうる。
