レーザースペックルフローグラフィで得られた眼血流の新知見

　レーザースペックルフローグラフィ（LSFG）は，わが国発の眼底循環測定装置であり，眼底の血流動態を非侵襲的かつ再現性良好に測定が可能である。LSFGから得られる病態の知見は多岐にわたる。しかしながら，LSFGを用いた眼血流研究は歴史が浅く，多くの不明点が存在する。本稿では，LSFGで得られた新知見として眼血流の性差に焦点をあてて考察したい。
