◆これまで眼圧と近視に対する臨床研究が多く行われてきたが,それらの関連についてはいまだに定論がない。
◆ラタノプロストやブリモニジンなどの眼圧下降薬は動物実験で近視抑制に有効と報告され,今後は臨床試験での検証が必要である。
