久山町研究における緑内障疫学調査の実際

　緑内障の有病率は加齢に伴い上昇し，今後さらに緑内障患者が増加することが懸念される。近年では，画像技術の進歩により新規機器を用いた緑内障疫学調査も行われるようになっている。緑内障の実態把握，病態解明のためにも大規模な疫学調査による疫学エビデンスの構築が必要とされる。
