●iStent inject Wが承認され，それに伴い新しい使用基準が設定された。

●iStent inject Wは2本のステントを挿入するため，iStentよりも優れた眼圧下降効果が期待できる。

●Ab interno trabeculotomyなど他のMIGSと比較して，より低侵襲であると考えられる。
