◆近視性脈絡膜新生血管(CNV)は病的近視眼に生じるCNVであり,近年,perforating vesselとの関連が注目されている。

◆近視性CNVの治療の中心は抗VEGF療法であり,良好な短期成績が報告されている。

◆長期経過では黄斑部萎縮を生じ,視力が低下するが,いまだ有効な治療法はない。
