小児の近視進行予防は，どれくらいの効果があるのでしょうか？

小児の近視進行予防法のうち，国内で承認された治療法はいまだありませんが，近視進行抑制効果が1つ以上のランダム化比較試験で認められている方法として，屋外活動，低濃度アトロピン点眼液，オルソケラトロジー，多焦点コンタクトレンズ，特殊眼鏡，サプリメントなどが挙げられます．単独治療，もしくはこれらの組み合わせで近視進行予防治療を行います．
