角膜表面などに他の眼合併症があれば,その治療を優先します.角膜面における外科的矯正としてLASIK,PRK,LRIなどがあり,矯正量が少ない症例に適しています.IOL面における矯正としてIOL交換やピギーバックIOLなどがあり,矯正量が大きい症例に適しています.屈折誤差,角膜厚,眼合併症,患者の意向を総合的に勘案して,追加矯正を考慮すべきでしょう.
