白内障術後の残余屈折異常に対しては，どのように対処すればよいでしょうか？

角膜表面などに他の眼合併症があれば，その治療を優先します．角膜面における外科的矯正としてLASIK，PRK，LRIなどがあり，矯正量が少ない症例に適しています．IOL面における矯正としてIOL交換やピギーバックIOLなどがあり，矯正量が大きい症例に適しています．屈折誤差，角膜厚，眼合併症，患者の意向を総合的に勘案して，追加矯正を考慮すべきでしょう．
