免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の副作用によるぶどう膜炎の頻度と対処法を教えてください

免疫チェックポイント阻害薬で治療された患者の3.6％で眼障害の副作用が報告されています．基本的な対処として，原因薬剤の休止，炎症の程度に応じたステロイド薬の点眼や全身投与，免疫抑制療法を検討します．
