斜視手術でplication術を使うのはどんなときですか？

切筋の必要がないplication術は，切筋を要する前転術と同等の効果があります．前眼部虚血を回避でき，lost muscleを生じず，術後早期であれば修正可能であり，術後屈折に影響を与えない，前転術より低侵襲の術式です．前転術の適応となる症例はplication術の適応です．
