中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症の治療法とその予後について教えてください

文献概要

治療法は，漏出点に対する直接光凝固，漏出点が黄斑近傍にある場合は光線力学療法（PDT）を施行します（CSCに対するPDTは保険適用外）．慢性化した場合は脈絡膜新生血管を伴うことがあり，視力低下に注意が必要です．
