文献概要

発症4.5時間以内の経静脈的血栓溶解治療の有効性が示唆されましたが，ランダム化比較試験での検証はなく，現在のところわが国での承認薬はありません．また，RAOは心血管病の併発リスクが高く，二次予防のために診療科間・施設間の連携診療が重要です．
