角膜クロスリンキングの適応と効果について教えてください

角膜クロスリンキングは進行性の角膜拡張性疾患に対して実施され，主な適応疾患は円錐角膜です．リボフラビンと紫外線照射の効果で角膜実質の強度が上がり，角膜拡張の進行が抑制されます．
