どのような場合にIgG4関連眼疾患を疑い，どのような検査を行って診断すべきでしょうか？

文献概要

IgG4関連眼疾患で最も多い涙腺腫大はしばしば左右対称性です．両側の眼瞼腫脹がみられる場合には，眼窩部MRIと血清IgG4測定を行い，涙腺生検による病理検査の適応を考慮すべきでしょう．
