感染症診断とPOCT遺伝子検査

●感染症検査では，臨床現場即時検査（POCT）化が進んでいる。

●眼感染症に対する遺伝子検査には，マルチプレックスPCR，次世代シーケンサーを用いたメタゲノム解析などがある。

●イムノクロマト法（角結膜炎，VZV・HSV），マルチプレックスPCR法（ぶどう膜炎，ヒトヘルペスウイルス1〜6型，HTLV-1，トキソプラズマ，梅毒）の保険適用化のための全国多施設共同試験参加施設募集が開始されている。
