文献概要

●流涙症をきたす疾患は，眼表面疾患，眼瞼疾患，涙道疾患，鼻腔疾患とさまざまあるため，涙液動態に関与する涙腺，眼表面，眼瞼，涙道，鼻腔とすべての部位について丁寧に診察する必要がある。

●流涙症の原因は単一であることは少なく，いくつかの要因が複雑にかかわりあって起こることがほとんどである。

●検査は侵襲性の低い検査から行う必要があり，その順番には細心の注意を払う必要がある。
